What is a title-secured loan?

A title-secured loan is a loan in which you use your vehicle as a collateral. The approval amount isn’t based solely off of your credit score. Instead, the condition and value of your vehicle plays a big role in how much you may be eligible to borrow. With a 1st lien loan, you can get up to $2,500. In order to get approved for a 1st lien title-secured loan, you must own your vehicle, meaning your title is free and clear and you are not making any payments on it.

Do I need to have a car title to get a loan with InstaLoan?

You only need a car title if you’re getting a 1st lien title-secured loan. If you do not have a vehicle, then a signature loan may work for you.

2nd Lien Title-Secured Loans

$500 – $1,500

  • Use your car title as collateral.

  • Still paying on your vehicle? No problem. No clear title needed.

  • Get cash & keep your car

What is a 2nd-lien loan?

A 2nd-lien loan is another type of title-secured loan. The main difference between a 1st-lien and a 2nd-lien loan is whether or not you own the vehicle. If you are still making payment on your car, then you can still apply for a 2nd-lien loan.

Signature Loans

Up to $250

  • No collateral necessary.

  • Apply with a valid government-issued ID, a checking account, and a pay-stub or bank statement.

  • Secure your loan with your signature formalizing a promise to pay.

What is a signature loan?

A signature loan is a personal loan in which you do not have to provide collateral (such as a vehicle title). It’s exactly as it sounds – you use your signature to secure the loan.

What do I need to apply for a signature loan?

You will need a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.), a checking account, and either a pay-stub or bank statement.
